Merry Christmas!

without comments

I’m sitting here relaxing after finishing Christmas #2, this one with 2 of my 6 parents. The real Christmas morning was spent at my in-law’s house, which was very fun. I’ve spent a lot of the day getting Gizmo to work at both parent’s houses. Hopefully this will be our main way of talking with our families once we are actually overseas. The call quality is excellent. It sounds much better than a regular telephone. I’ve had a good time playing around with it. Best of all, it’s based on open standards, and has free voicemail, which is very cool. My stepmom is currently having some echoing issues, but we should be able to resolve those.

Mer is out on the town hanging out with her sister, getting some ‘Sister Time’…

Currently listening to: A Tribe Called Quest – The Low End Theory – Buggin’ Out

One of the top five Hip-Hop albums ever.

I have had a few days off recently, or I have had ‘consultation days’ since Wednesday, with which I’m supposed to go and talk to people I might be working with once I’m overseas. I went with the intention of seeing 2 people, but of course, I decided to go home and do nothing. It’s been swwweeettt….
